Okul deneyimi ve öğretmenlik uygulaması dersleri, öğretmen adaylarının eğitim-öğretim süreci içerisinde öğrenmiş oldukları kuramsal bilgileri uygulamaya dönüştürdükleri ve mesleki deneyim elde ettikleri önemli bir derstir. Bu açıdan öğretmenlik mesleğine hazırlanma süreci üzerine titizlikle durulması gerekmekte ve öğretmenlerin kaliteli bir staj sürecinden geçmeleri gerekmektedir. Alan yazında yapılan araştırma sonuçlarına göre staj uygulamalarının hedeflendiği şekilde gerçekleşmediği ve bazı sorunlar olduğu görülmektedir. Bu sorunların çözülmesine yönelik çevrimiçi bir bilişim destek sisteminin geliştirilmesinin katkı sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu nedenle staj uygulamalarında çevrimiçi bir bilişim sistemine duyulan ihtiyaç ve beklentiler, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim deseni kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Sakarya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi’nde staj uygulamalarını yürüten 15 uygulama öğretim elemanı, stajını tamamlayan 17 öğretmen adayı ve okullarda görev yapan 15 uygulama öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler katılımcılarla yapılan görüşmelerle elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, katılımcıların sisteme bilgisayar veya akıllı telefondan erişebilmeyi istedikleri görülmüştür. Araştırmada katılımcılar bu sistemde iletişimin çok önemli olduğunu belirtmiş ve iletişimin sağlanması adına sistemde duyurular, blog, forum, sosyal ağlar ve anlık sohbet bileşenlerinin olması gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Ayrıca katılımcılar sistemde staj uygulaması sürecinde yapılması gereken görevlerin bulunmasının, hazırlanan raporların yüklenebilmesinin ve öğrencilere not verilebilmesinin gerekliliğine işaret etmişlerdir. Bunun yanında katılımcılar öğrenci bilgileri, devam takip çizelgesi, rol ve sorumlulukların sistemde bulunmasına ihtiyaç duyduklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Buradan hareketle çevrimiçi bir bilişim sistemin geliştirilmesinde bu araştırma sonuçlarının dikkate alınmasının fayda sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir.

Teaching practice is an important course where the student teachers gain professional experience and practice the theoretical knowledge, which they receive during their education. In this respect, it is necessary to focus strictly on the acquisition of this professional experience and also, teachers are required to go through onsite training. Literature indicates that a monitoring and support system is needed in order to carry out the training practice process more effectively and efficiently. In this study, the needs and expectations regarding an online information system in training practices are tried to be determined by using phenomenological method among qualitative research methods. The participants of the study consisted of 15 practice teaching staff members, 17 student teachers who enrolled in Sakarya University Computer and Instructional Technologies (CEIT) Department, Department of Special Education (SE), and Classroom Teaching (CT) bachelorette programs; 15 teaching staff members carrying out the training practices in these programs; and 15 practice teachers guiding these student teachers at schools. In the research, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers is used. The data are obtained from the interviews conducted face-to-face with the participants. Within the scope of study, content analysis technique is used to analyze the data collected. As a result of research, it is concluded that participants are willing to access to the system either on computer or via smart phone. Pointing out that communication is very important in this system; participants state that there should be announcements, blog, forum, social networks and instant messaging components in the system. Moreover, participants note that the properties such as including the activities to be performed during teaching training, uploading home works and grading the students should be available in the system. Besides, the participants state that student information, attendance schedule, duties and responsibilities are needed to be included in the system. Therefore, it is believed that it will be useful to take the results of this study into account in the development of an online support system for student teachers internship training.
