|
Since the collapse of the Bretton Woods System increased global capital
mobility has been accompaning with an increased frequency of financial crisis
especially in developing countries. Financial liberalisation, interest rate differenties
and nominal exchange rate stability are the main factors attracting capital inflows.
On the other hand, the nature of financial flows are mainly characterized by
portfolio flows during 1990's. The main purpose is to state the macro economic
inbalances creating by the portfolio investment in developing countries.
