|
After 1980, Turkey followed an intensive foreign debt policy. Suffering
from global economic crisis in the world and politic-economic unstability,
Turkey's foreign borrowing ability is seriously limited.
Both the limitations of foreign borrowing ability and advantages of
foreign capital investments, thus, obligate Turkey to encourge foregin capital
investments entrances.
But, political unstabilities and economic difficulties of the country still
prevents this foreign investment opportunities.
