Teknolojinin sürekli gelişmesiyle birlikte eğitim ortamlarında yeni teknolojilerin kullanılması ve bu durumun kaliteyi arttırma açısından ihtiyaç halini alması “Öğretim Teknolojisi” kavramının önemini arttırmıştır. Bu gelişime paralel olarak öğretim ortamlarındaki etkileşimli kullanım olanakları ile her geçen gün gelişmeye devam eden bilgisayar yazılımları ve bu yazılımların etkinliği, eğitimde hızla ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; bilgisayar derslerinde kullanılmak üzere geliştirilen Macromedia Flash Eğitim yazılımı başka hiçbir öğretim materyali ve öğretim elemanı olmaksızın Bilgisayar ve Öğretim Teknolojileri Eğitimi Bölümü 1. sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşan bir öğrenci grubuna, Eğitimde Bilgi Teknolojileri dersi kapsamında 2 hafta süre ile uygulanmıştır. 44 öğrenciden oluşan bir çalışma grubuna uygulanan ön test- son test çalışmaları sonucunda elde edilen ölçme ve değerlendirme sonuçları ışığında, geliştirilen eğitsel yazılımın bütünsel ve kullanılan yöntemler açısından etkinliği araştırılmıştır. Çalışma bulguları; gereksinim duyulması halinde sadece bu tür bir materyal ile Flash eğitiminin mümkün olabileceğini gösterirken, öğretilmesi hedeflenen tüm bilgilerin bir senaryo doğrultusunda ilişkilendirildiği örnek çalışmaların önemini de vurgular niteliktedir. Ayrıca, araştırma kapsamında yapılan bireysel görüşmeler, bu tür bir materyalde kullanılacak yöntemler doğrultusunda öğrenci tercihleri ve beklentilerinin belirlenmesi açısından da önemli katkılar sağlamıştır.

The continuous development of technology as well as the use of new technologies in educational
environments and this situation becomes a need from the point of improving quality has increased the
importance of the concept of “Education Technology”. Computer softwares and efficiency of these software
those continue to develop day by day parallel to this development with interactive application opportunities in
educational environments rapidly become a matter of primary importance. In this study, the Macromedia Flash
Educational Software was applied to a student group consisting of first year students of the Computer and
Educational Technologies Education Department within the scope of Information Technologies in Education
course for a period of two weeks without using any other educational material and without having any instructor.
The efficiency of developed educational software was investigated in this study from the point of view of totality
and applied methods. It also has the characteristics that emphasize the importance of sample studies in which all
information is interrelated within the direction of a scenario, while the findings of study indicate that Flash
education may be possible with only such material if it is needed. Also personal interviews conducted within the
scope of the study provided important contributions from the point of view of determination of student
preferences and expectations within the direction of the methods those will be used in such a material.
