Anatolia was occupied partially by England, France and Italy just before
the ink used on the Mondros Armstice had dried. The Turkish Nation never kapt
mum against the occupations. The power of resistance which arieses from its
existance, took action against . Particularly, great reactions took place against the Greek occupation. The People of Eskişehir had put out their reactions on May 17'
1919 in the demonstration held at Odunpazan region. That demonstration had been
also the spark lit the fire of National struggle among the people in Eskişehir.
Afterwards, Eskişehir people continued to put out reactions against the persecution
of French controlled Armenians in Maras and against the acts of Agreement Powers
to annihilate independence of the Turkish Nation. IN our this study, we insist on
those demonstrations. The people of Eskişehir, at the same time attempted for a
government to be set up to free the country from the occupation. They sent many
telegrams concerning that subject to Ottoman House of Commons.
