Description of creative technologies potential is given in the article, and also problems of it’s effective using in forming and realization of innovative development strategy of light industry enterprises of Ukraine. The ground of creative potential is carried out and methodical recommendations are given in relation to it’s increase through optimization of cost factors, optimization by the use of creative technologies of values chain, optimization of the strategic positioning. The model of control system optimization by the charges of the investigated enterprises is presented, within the framework of innovative strategy of enterprise by application of creative technologies, and chart of realization of this model in practice.

В статье дана характеристика потенциала креативных технологий, а также проблем его повышения и эффективного использования при формировании и реализации стратегии инновационного развития предприятий легкой промышленности Украины. Осуществлено обоснование структуры креативного потенциала и даны методические рекомендации относительно его повышения посредством оптимизации затратообразующих факторов, оптимизацию
путем использования креативных технологий цепочки ценностей, оптимизацию стратегического позиционирования.
Представлена модель оптимизации систем управления затратами исследуемых предприятий в рамках инновационной стратегии предприятия путем применения креативных технологий, схему реализации данной модели на практике.
