Öğretmen adaylarının aldıkları pedagojik formasyon eğitiminin sonucunda, bilişsel, duyuşsal ve beceri alanlarında mesleğe uygun davranış değişikleri meydana getirmeleri beklenmektedir. Adayların sahip olacakları etkili öğretmenlik nitelikleri içerisinde, neyi ve nasıl öğreteceklerini bilmelerinin yanı sıra, ne zaman öğretecekleri gibi stratejik tutum ve becerilere de sahip olmaları gerekir. Bu nedenle öğretmen adaylarının pedagojik formasyon derslerine ve öğretmenlik mesleğine karşı tutumları ve mesleki kaygıları onların görev yapacakları eğitim ortamlarındaki iletişim becerilerini, verimliliklerini ve başarılarını etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmada pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan İlahiyat Fakültesi mezunlarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarını ve kaygı durumları etkileyen faktörlerin neler olduğu incelenmektedir.
Çağımızda öğretmenlik, özel uzmanlık bilgisi ve becerisi gerektiren uygulamalı bir meslek olarak kabul edilmektedir. Tarih boyunca öğretmenlik, doğrudan insanla ilgili bir meslek olması yönüyle, sadece bir kazanç kapısı olarak değil, aynı zamanda kutsal bir meslek olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Toplumsal yaşamın sürdürülmesinde, bilgi ve teknolojinin yaygınlaşmasında böylesi önemli bir yere sahip olan öğretmenlik mesleği, çeşitli açılardan en çok tartışılan mesleklerden biridir. Öğretmenlik mesleğinin başarılı bir şekilde yürütülebilmesi için mesleki becerilerin yanı sıra bireyin bu mesleğe yönelik ilgi ve sevgisi öncelikli aranan hususlardandır. Çünkü aday öğretmenlerin mesleğe yönelik ilgi ve olumlu tutumları öğretmen yeterliğini sağlayacak en önemli ölçütlerden birisi olarak sayılabilir. Bu nedenle İlahiyat Fakültesi mezunlarının pedagojik formasyon eğitiminde yer alan derslere karşı nasıl bir tutum takındıklarını tespit etmek, bu alanda eğitim veren uzmanlara ve araştırmacılara önemli geri bildirimler sağlayacaktır.

At the end of the pedagogical formation education that is given to teacher candidates, it is expected that they create behavioral changes which are appropriate to the profession in cognitive, affective and skill areas. Within the effective teaching qualifications that the candidates will have, it is necessary for them to know what and how to teach as well as having strategic attitudes and skills such as knowing when to teach. Thus, the attitudes and anxiety levels of the teacher candidates on pedagogical formation courses and on the profession of teaching effect their communication skills, productivity and success in the educational environment they will work in. In this study, it is analyzed which factors are effective on the attitudes and anxiety levels of Faculty of Theology graduates, who are given pedagogical formation education, towards the profession of teaching.
In today’s world, teaching is considered as a practical profession that requires specialized knowledge and skills. Throughout history, teaching has been considered not only as a way of earning a living but also as a holy profession as it is a profession that is directly connected to human. Teaching profession, which has such an important place in the continuation of communal living and making information and technology widespread, is one of the much-debated professions from various aspects. In order to successfully practice the teaching profession, it is expected that a person must have interest and favor towards this job as well as professional skills. Because, interest and positive attitude of candidate teachers towards the profession, can be regarded as one of the most important criteria to provide teacher proficiency. For this reason, determining what kind of an attitude the Faculty of Theology graduates have towards the lessons given in pedagogical formation education, will provide significant feedback to the experts and researchers giving education in this field.
