The problem of training for chemistry of the students of medical and biological class under con-ditions of profile education is raised. The authors propose program educational and methodical complex, which was introduced into educational process at the pre-academic educational center attached to Kuban State Medical University. The authors also proved the need to bring in the compensative approach under conditions of deficient preprofile training.
