|
If financial liberation in progress and public debt amount inreases
seriously in a developing country; aplications of low valued rate of exchange
causes tragic results. This situation encourages short term foreign credits. This
kind of short term capital flow is often called "hot money".
While owners of this short term capital are getting ultra-high intrest
incomes, the national macro economy is effected and injured serously. So, many
negative economic failures are observed: National real economy gets smaller
dramatically day by day. Economic and political measurements becomes
ineffective. This kind of expensive credits are often resulted economic crisis
additionally.
