Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkçe derslerinde öğrencilerin Türkçe dersine karşı tutumlarını belirlemeye yönelik ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Öncelikle bu amaca uygun alan taraması yapılmış ve 1193 katılımcıya konuyla ilgili açık uçlu 5 soru yöneltilerek sorular analiz edilmiş ve madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Madde havuzundaki sorular uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda 24 madde olarak belirlenmiştir. 685 katılımcıya ön uygulama yapılmıştır. Bu uygulamaların sonucunda Türkçe Dersi Tutum Ölçeği’ndeki (TDTÖ) 24 maddeden 2 maddenin çıkarılmasına karar verilmiş ve 22 maddelik ölçeğe son şekli verilmiştir. Son şekli verilen ölçekte olumsuz maddeler (2, 4, 9, 10, 15) ters çevrilerek puanlanacaktır. Puanın artması olumlu tutumu ifade etmektedir. Elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel hesaplamaları SPSS 21.00 Paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Ön uygulamanın ardından ölçekte yer alan maddelerin aynı özellikleri ölçüp ölçmediğini ve maddeler arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek amacıyla açımlayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan faktör analizi sonucunda KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) örneklem uygunluk katsayısı 0.79, Barlett testi x2 değeri 5738.954 ve p değeri 0.00 olarak bulunmuştur. KMO değerinin 1’e yakın olması verilerin faktör analizi için uygun ve yeterli olduğunu göstermektedir. Barlett’in küresellik testi ise değişkenlerin birbirleriyle anlamlı olup olmadıklarını ölçmektedir. p değeri 0.01 ve altındaysa bu verilerle faktör analizi yapılabileceğini göstermektedir. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık güvenirlik ölçümü 72’dir.

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool to determine the attitudes of
Turkish students against the Turkish courses. First of all, for this purpose a field survey is
conducted and to 1193 participants open ended questions are asked, analyzed and the item
pools have been created. Questions in the item pool in accordance with the expert opinions
are identified as 24 items. Pre-application has been made to 685 participants. At the end
of these applications ıt has been decided to remove 2 items of 24 items in Turkish language
attitude scale (TLAS) and 22 item scale has been shaped. The recent shaped scale negative
items (2.4.9.10.15) will be graded in reverse. The increasing of the points means positive
attitude. Statistical calculations of obtained data were analyzed with SPSS package program
21:00. After pre-application exploratory factor analysis is conducted in order to determine the
relationship between the items and to understand the items which take place on the scale whether
measure or not the same features. As a result of the factor analysis, KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin)
sample compliance coefficient 0.79, Bartlett’s test x2 value 5738,954 and p value is found tobe 0.00. KMO value’s being close to 1 shows that factor analysis of the data is adequate and
appropriate. Bartlett’s sphericity test measures whether the variables are meaningful with each
other or not. If p value is 0.01 and below this value ıt shows that with these data factor analysis
might be done. The scale’s Cronbach alpha internal consistency reliability is 72.
