Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin zümre çalışmalarında yaşanan süreçlere ilişkin görüşlerini takım geliştirme aşamaları çerçevesinde ortaya koyan bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini birinci aşamasında İstanbul ili Şişli ilçesinde çalışan 133, ikinci aşamasında ise 203 lise öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Ölçek geliştirme sürecinde Clark tarafın-dan hazırlanmış olan “Takım Çalışması” ölçeğinden yararlanılmıştır. Söz konusu ölçek Türkçeye uyarlanmış ve sonrasında zümre çalışmalarına yönelik olarak yeniden yapılandırıl-mıştır. Gerçekleştirilen geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları “zümre faaliyetleri ölçeğinin” (ZFÖ) genel olarak kabul edilebilir düzeyde niteliklere sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate an instrument for measuring the opinions of teachers who teach the same subject on processes during their own department works in terms of team development stages. The study included two phases. While participants of the first phase consisted of 133 high school teachers, the data at the second phase were collected from 203 high school teachers who worked in Sisli, Istanbul. In order to develop a scale, original “Team Work” scale developed by Clark was used. The instrument was adapted to Turkish and then re-structured in terms of the works of teachers working in the same departments. Validity and reliability studies put forth that “Activities of Teachers Working in The Same Department Scale” (ATWSDS) has an acceptable quality.
