Türkçe ile Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı öğretmenlerinin öğretim programlarında hedeflenen dil becerilerini öğrencilerine kazandırabilmesi için öncelikle kendilerinin yeterli bu bilgi ve becerilere sahip olması gerekir. Türkçe ile Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı öğretmenlerinde bulunması gereken önemli özelliklerden biri de öğretmenlerin kendilerini yazılı olarak ifade edebilme becerisidir. Bunun için de öğretmenlerin hizmet öncesi dönemde -lisans öğreniminde- yazma becerisine yönelik dersleri alması ve bu beceriyi kazanması gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın amacı, yazma eğitimi açısından mevcut Türkçe ile Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı öğretmenliği lisans programını incelemek ve önerilerde bulunmaktır. Buna göre, araştırmanın soruları şunlardır: Türkçe ile Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı öğretmenliği lisans programındaki yazma eğitimiyle ilgili derslerin sayısı, kredisi ve içeriği yeterli midir? Yeterli değilse hangi dersler gerekir? Bu derslerin sayısı, kredisi ve içeriği nasıl olmalıdır? Araştırma betimleyici bir çalışma olup veriler, doküman incelemesi yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci sorusu için mevcut programlar incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci sorusu için ise üç uzmanın görüşü doğrultusunda iki ders önerilmiştir. “Düşünceye Dayalı Metin Yazma Dersi” ile “Kurmaca Metin Yazma” derslerinin içeriği hakkında haftalık bilgiler verilmiş ve tartışılmıştır. Önerilen iki dersin de uygulamalı olarak işlenmesi gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.

In order to give students target language skills in the curriculums , firstly Turkish and Turkish Language and Literature teachers must have sufficient this knowledge and skills. One of the important features that must have as Turkish with Turkish Language and Literature teachers is the ability to express themselves in writing. For this, teachers must take courses for writing skill and learn this skill in the pre-service period, mean that in undergraduate programme. In this context, the aim of study to investigating of Turkish with Turkish Language and Literature teaching undergraduate programme in terms of writing education and give advices. According to this, the questions of study are; are the numbers of courses, credit and content relevant to writing education enough in the Turkish with Turkish Language and Literature teaching undergraduate programme? If not sufficient, which lessons must give? How should be the number, credit and content of these lessons? The research is descriptive study and datas were collected with document analysis method. For the first question of research, examined and evaluated the current programmes. For the second question, two course are proposed in accordance with the opinions of there experts. The informations are given weekly and discused about content of “Tought Based Text Writing Course” and “ Fictional Text Writing Course”. It is emphasized that the two purposed course must be teach in practice.
