ускладненнь та впливу на систему управління ПЕК країни. Запропоновані нові механізми стратегічного управління енергетичною безпекою України. Проаналізовано методи підвищення конкурентоспроможності і взагалі життєздатності національної економіки за рахунок державно-приватних партнерств.
