Основною умовою для одержання гранульованого продукту з пошаровою структурою є активне залучення всієї поверхні зернистого матеріалу, що знаходиться в псевдозрідженому шарі при зневодненні композитних рідких систем, що містять більше 50% розчинника, чого неможливо досягнути при традиційному барботажному режимі не дозволяє ефективно вирішити це завдання. Тому застосування струменево-пульсаційного режиму псевдозрідження з направленою циркуляцією зернистого матеріалу з метою інтенсифікації процесу за рахунок створення трьохмірного перемішування та запобіганню утворенню застійних зон є актуальним.
