Педагогический анализ образовательного процесса с позиции преемственности школа — педвуз рассматривается нами как составная часть деятельности по ориентации учащихся на педагогическую профессию образовательного учреждения. Анализ этого процесса с позиций преемственности проявляется уже в решении вопроса о том, что должно быть единым, а что различным в деятельности педагогов. Вероятно, единство должно проявляться в понимании ими конечной цели деятельности школы и вуза, здании условий для развития личности учащихся, в уважении к личности, в ответственности педагога за результат образовательного процесса, в построении учебного процесса на основе диалога и сотрудничества, в проведении в школе и вузе единой политики интеллектуальных и речевых умений и навыков, в неуклонном выполнении стандарта для преподаваемых образовательных областей, в непрерывном самообразовании педагогов.

Pedagogical analysis of the educational process from the standpoint of the continuity of the school — pedagogical higher school is considered as an integral part of the activities for orientation of students on teaching profession educational institution. The analysis of this process from the standpoint of continuity is manifested in the question of what should be uniform, and that different teachers. Perhaps unity should be manifested in their understanding of the ultimate objective of the activities of the school and University, the creation of conditions for development of personality of students, respect for the individual, the responsibility of the teacher for the outcome of the educational process in building an educational process based on dialogue and cooperation, conduct in school and University uniform policy intellectual and language skills, strict implementation of the standard for teaching the educational areas in continuous self-education of teachers.
