En el artículo se presentan los resultados del análisis de la posible adhesión de Argentina al Acuerdo Transpacífico de Cooperación Económica (TPP). Los autores revelan los objetivos principales, la estructura y la historia de la creación del TPP, consideran las perspectivas de ampliación del número de los miembros del traratado. Se presta la mayor atención a la generalización de los efectos positivos y negativos de la participación argentina en el TPP: los autores identifican las ventajas de esta solución para el desarrollo de la región latinoamericana, analizan su impacto negativo en la economía del país.

The article presents the results of the analysis of Argentina's possible adhesion to the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). The authors reveal the main objectives, structure and history of the creation of the TPP, consider the prospects of expansion of the number of members of the agreement. The greatest attention is paid to the generalization of positive and negative effects of Argentina joining the TPP: the authors extract the advantages of this decision for the development of the Latin American region and analyze its negative influence on the country’s economy.
