Aim: The aim of this study is to analyse the attitudes of the physical education teacher candidates towards ‘Teacher Classroom Practice’ course present in programs for training teachers for sport high schools and for teachers of physical education.
Material and Methods: The study group of this research was compiled of 60 students from 2015-2016 school year in Batman University, Physical Education and Sport High school Physical Education Department and Department for Sport High school Teachers, which attended the course “Teacher Classroom Practice”. The results of the research were collected with “Course for Teacher Classroom Practice Attitude Scale”. Besides descriptive statistics used for the analysis, Mann Whitney U test was used for the comparison between the results of different groups.
Results: According to the results of the study, even though physical education teacher candidates’ attitudes towards the course showed positive results, an inconsistence was observed between the high school and practice school results. It was also observed that there are no significantly different reactions to the attitude of teacher candidates according to the gender or schools that participated the study. In the light of these results.
Conclusion: It is observed that the general attitude levels of pre-service physical education teachers towards the school experience course are positively high. This is an expected and desired result in terms of showing that school experience course is a very important course in providing experience and chance of observing the profession of teaching beforehand in field.

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokullarının öğretmen yetiştirme programlarında yer alan “Okul Deneyimi” dersinin uygulaması hakkında öğretmen adaylarının tutumlarını incelemektir.
Materyal ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2015-2016 öğretim yılında Batman Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği Bölümünde okuyan ve “Okul Deneyimi” dersi uygulamasına katılan 60 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri “Okul Deneyimi Dersi Tutum Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistiklerin yanı sıra verilerin gruplar arası karşılaştırmasında Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır.
Bulgular: Çalışmada, beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının Okul Deneyimi dersi uygulamasına yönelik tutumlarının pozitif olduğu ancak, uygulamada yüksekokul ile uygulama okulu arasında kopukluk yaşandığı görülmüştür. Öğretmen adaylarının tutumlarında, cinsiyet ve okul deneyimi uygulamasına katıldıkları okul türü değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar olmadığı gözlenmiştir.
Sonuçlar: Beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının okul deneyimi dersine yönelik olarak genel tutum düzeylerinin olumlu yönde ve yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Bu sonuç, meslek öncesinde öğretmenlik mesleğini sahada gözlemleme ve deneyim kazandırmada okul deneyimi dersinin oldukça önemli bir ders olmasını göstermesi açısından beklenen ve istenen bir sonuçtur.
