В статье дается толкование термина «лидер», указываются черты, которые присущи преподавателям-лидерам. Акцент также делается на важности правильного имиджа, на структуре личного имиджа и важности формирования правильного педагогического имиджа. Приводится пример анкеты определения рейтинга преподавателя высшего учебного заведения.

The author of the article gives interpretation to the term “leader”, identifies characteristics that are inherent to leader lecturers. Emphasis is also made on the importance of the right image, on the structure of the personal image and necessity of the right formation of pedagogical image. Here is given an example of defining the lecturer’s rank at higher educational establishment.
