В статье исследуется современные тенденции развития фондового рынка Украины. Приведены основные факторы, сдерживающие их развитие в современных условиях. Определено, что для успешного развития украинских фондовых бирж особенно актуальной становится их интеграция в международное финансовое пространство. В работе рассмотрены предпосылки становления и динамику развития украинского фондового рынка в контексте евроинтеграционных процессов.

The article investigates the current trends of the Ukrainian stock market development. The main factors hindering their development in modern conditions are presented. It is determined that for their successful development of Ukrainian stock exchanges, their integration into the international financial space becomes especially relevant. The article considers the preconditions for the formation and dynamics of the Ukrainian stock market development in the context of European integration processes.
