В статье обобщены существующие подходы к определению сущности финансовых ресурсов предприятия. Определено влияние финансовых ресурсов малых предприятий на формирование финансов государства. Рассмотрены особенности формирования финансовых ресурсов малого предприятия. Представлен состав финансовых ресурсов малых предприятий. Выполнена оценка качества управления финансовыми ресурсами малого предприятия по критериям устойчивости, платежеспособности и деловой активности.

The article summarizes the existing approaches to the definition of the essence of financial resources of the enterprise. The influence of financial resources of small enterprises on formation of state finances is determined. Peculiarities of formation of financial resources of small enterprise are considered. The composition of financial resources of small enterprises is presented. An estimation of quality management of financial resources of a small enterprise according to criteria of stability, solvency and business activity is carried out.
