В статье раскрыты роль железнодорожного транспорта Украины как основного фактора развития экономики страны и принципы развития сети международных транспортных коридоров Украины. Приведено распределение грузовых перевозок между видами транспорта в Украине и главный принцип дальнейшего функционирования железнодорожного транспорта Украины. Рассмотрены вопросы развития транзита, что занимают особое место в европейской транспортной политике. Проанализированы принципы развития сети международных транспортных коридоров по территории Украины и приведены направления развития инфраструктуры железных дорог Украины. Приведены направления развития МТК и создания терминальных центров на сети железных дорог в рамках МТК. Перечислены составляющие инфраструктуры железных дорог обеспечения функционирования транспортных коридоров и организации контейнерных и контрейлерных перевозок. Рассмотрена работа по созданию и развитию мощных логистических комплексов в наиболее грузопотребляющих регионах Украины и на пограничных переходах Украины с Венгрией и Польшей. Раскрыта роль УГЦТС «Лиски» в развитии железнодорожных международных транспортных коридоров и основные финансовые показатели его деятельности за 2014-2015 гг. Приведены вес реализации услуг от перевозки грузов и реализации услуг от подсобно-вспомогательной деятельности УГЦТС «Лески» за 2015 год. Разработаны пути расширения спектра услуг и увеличения объемов перевозки грузов предприятия.

The article reveals the role of railway transport of Ukraine as the main factor in the development of the economy and principles for the development of the network of international transport corridors of Ukraine. The distribution of freight traffic between modes of transport in Ukraine and the main principle the continued operation of railway transport of Ukraine. Discussed the development of transit have a special place in European transport policy. It examines the principles of development of a network of international transport corridors on the territory of Ukraine and directions of development of railway infrastructure of Ukraine. Given the direction of the development of the MTC terminal and the creation of centers on the rail network within the MTC. These components of the railway infrastructure ensuring the functioning of transport corridors and the organization of container and piggyback transportation. The work on creation and development of a strong logistics facilities in the most vantagepoints regions of Ukraine and at the border crossings of Ukraine with Hungary and Poland. The role of the USCTS “Liski” in the development of international railway transport corridors and key financial indicators of its activities for 2014-2015. The weight of sales of services from the transportation of goods and services from secondary economic activities USCTS “Lisky” for 2015. Developed ways to expand the range of services and increase the volumes of cargo of the enterprise.
