В статье освещается история возникновения партисипативного бюджетирования; выделены основные этапы его распространение в мире; рассмотрена практика использования бюджета участия за рубежом определены основные проблемы препятствующие внедрению в Украине общественного бюджета. Согласно результатам анализа внедрения бюджета участия за рубежом предложены меры по его совершенствованию в Украине.

The article covers the history of the occurrence of partisipative budgeting; the main stages of its distribution in the world are singled out; the practice of using the budget of participation abroad is considered; the main problems that hinder the introduction of a public budget in Ukraine are identified. According to the results of the analysis of the introduction of the budget for participation abroad, measures have been proposed to improve it in Ukraine.
