В статье обоснована важность развития туристической сферы Украины для улучшения экономического развития страны. Исследовано современное состояние развития туристической сферы в Украине на национальном и международном уровнях. Проанализированы изменения в объемах и структуре выездных и въездных туристических потоков в Украину в течение 2011-2016 годов. Подано обобщающий анализ динамики денежных поступлений от туристической сферы в ВВП Украины. Определены и обобщенно проблемы развития туристической сферы в Украине. К основным факторам, сдерживающим туристическую сферу в Украине отнесены: неэффективное продвижение туристических продуктов на мировом рынке; напряженная политическая ситуация; материально-технический комплекс является устаревшим; стремительная девальвация гривны. Предложены альтернативные пути преодоления экономического кризиса и стабилизации валютного курса, определены основные направления государственной политики, способствующие дальнейшему развитию туристической сферы в Украине.

The article substantiates the importance of the development of the tourism sector of Ukraine in order to improve the country's economic development. The present state of development of tourist sphere in Ukraine at the national and international levels is researched. The changes in the volumes and structure of outbound and inbound tourist flows in Ukraine during 2011-2016 are analyzed. A generalized analysis of the dynamics of monetary revenues from the tourism sector to the GDP of Ukraine is presented. The problems of tourism development in Ukraine are defined and summarized. The main factors hampering the tourism industry in Ukraine are: the ineffective promotion of tourism products on the world market; tense political situation; outdated material-technical complex; rapid devaluation of the hryvnia. The alternative ways of overcoming the economic crisis and stabilizing the exchange rate are proposed, the main directions of the state policy that will contribute to the further development of the tourism sector in Ukraine are outlined.
