Исследована сущность компетенций предприятия и компетентности работников как научных категорий. Приведены определения понятия «компетентность» как научной категории, его отличия от понятия «компетенции» и особенности применения в управлении. Обосновано сущность и значение компетентностного подхода к формированию системы управления персоналом и понятие «модель компетенций».

The essence of the competencies of the enterprise and the competence of employees as scientific categories is investigated. The definition of «competence» as a scientific category, its distinction from the concept of «competence» and the peculiarities of application in management are given. The essence and significance of the competent approach to the formation of the personnel management system is substantiated and «model of competences» is substantiated.
