Статья посвящена освещению вопросов функционального управления акционерным капиталом предприятия. Проанализированы различные подходы ученых, занимавшихся изучением данного вопроса. Проведен анализ структуры и динамики собственного капитала предприятия. Исследовано долгосрочные и текущие обязательства предприятия и основные факторы, которые оказывают значительное влияние на конечные результаты. Осуществлено прогнозирование уровня рентабельности собственного капитала на основе метода оптимизации структуры капитала. Подведены на какие критерии целесообразно обращать внимание при управлении капиталом.

The article is devoted to the issues of functional management of the share capital of the enterprise. Different approaches of scientists involved in the study of this issue were analyzed. The analysis of structure and dynamics of the enterprise’s own capital is carried out. The long-term and current obligations of the enterprise and the main factors that have a significant impact on the final results are investigated. The Forecast of the level of return on equity based on the method of optimization of the structure of capital is forecast. Summarized on what criteria it is advisable to pay attention to the management of capital.
