В статье рассмотрены приоритетные задачи, стоящие перед правоохранительными органами Украины, а именно в защите прав и свобод человека. Проанализированы введенную реформу для повышения эффективности работы правоохранительных органов (полиции). С целью защиты основных прав человека / гражданина в Украине и улучшению работы правоохранительных органов. Проанализированы количественные и качественные работы правоохранительных органов в сфере защиты прав. Доказано, что проведение реформы в правоохранительных органах незначительно изменило улучшению защиты прав, а в некоторой области «затягивает» рассмотрение дел.

The article deals with the priority tasks facing the law-enforcement agencies of Ukraine, namely, the protection of human rights and freedoms. The implemented reform has been analyzed to improve the efficiency of the work of law enforcement agencies (police). In order to protect the fundamental human rights / citizen in Ukraine and to improve the work of law enforcement agencies. The quantitative and qualitative work of law enforcement agencies in the field of rights protection is analyzed. It is proved that the reform in law enforcement agencies did not significantly change the improvement of the protection of rights, and in some areas "delayed" the consideration of cases.
