В статье приведены результаты исследований проведенного анализа методов оценки рисков при реализации экспортного контроля в Украине. Исследована динамика расходов сводного бюджета Украины за 2007-2016 гг. на оборону и сделаны выводы относительно их роста. Рассмотрены недостатки и преимущества системы экспортного контроля Украины. Выделены внешние и внутренние угрозы национальной безопасности Украины, связанные с экспортным контролем. Обоснованы сущность и особенности использования различных методов оценки рисков при реализации экспортного контроля в Украине: статистических, расчетно-аналитических, экспертных и методов прогнозирования.

The article presents the results of research on the analysis of risk assessment methods in the implementation of export control in Ukraine. The dynamics of expenditures of consolidated budget of Ukraine for 2007-2016 for defense was investigated and conclusions were reached on their growth. The disadvantages and advantages of the export control system of Ukraine are considered. The external and internal threats to the national security of Ukraine that was related to export control are highlighted. The essence and peculiarities of using different methods of risk assessment in the implementation of export control in Ukraine: statistical, analytical, expert and forecasting methods was substantiated.
