В статье исследовано законодательство Украины и стран-членов ЕС в сфере применения оффшорных механизмов. Выявлены особенности применения оффшорных механизмов по законодательству Украины и стран-членов ЕС. Очерчены основные виды оффшорных механизмов. Определено направление совершенствования отечественного законодательства в отношении оффшорных механизмов.
