В рамках статьи проанализированы основные источники финансирования отраслей социальной инфраструктуры, на сегодняшний день можно выделить, анализируя особенности функционирования и развития экономики. Источниками финансирования социальной развития села является ассигнования государственного и местных бюджетов, внебюджетных и специальных фондов, собственные накопления предприятий, организаций и граждан, кредитные ресурсы, средства от приватизации имущества, благотворительных фондов и тому подобное. Важным рычагом экономического воздействия субъектов хозяйствования и государства на развитие социально-экономических процессов в аграрном секторе является инвестиционная деятельность. Главной целью реформирования социальной инфраструктуры на местном уровне является сохранение и обеспечение эффективного функционирования и дальнейшего развития сферы услуг для удовлетворения социально-культурных, жилищно-коммунальных и бытовых нужд населения.

The article analyzes the main sources of funding for the social infrastructure sectors that can be distinguished today by analyzing the peculiarities of the functioning and development of the economy. Sources of financing social development of the village are allocating state and local budgets, extra budgetary and special funds, own accumulation of enterprises, organizations and citizens, credit resources, funds from privatization of property, charitable foundations, etc. An important lever of economic influence of economic entities and the state on the development of socio-economic processes in the agricultural sector is investment activity. The main objective of the social infrastructure reform at the local level is to maintain and ensure the effective functioning and further development of the service sector in order to meet the socio-cultural, housing and communal needs of the population.
