В статье рассматривается подход к устойчивому развитию организации на основе методов самоменеджмента. Исследуется самоменеджмент не только с позиций личных технологий, но и самоменеджмент рабочих команд на основе мобилизации и сохранения внутренних источников самоорганизации и самосовершенствования, а также активного участия персонала в организации самоуправления. Обосновывается возможность, обеспечить устойчивое развитие организации методами самоменеджмента.

The article discusses the approach to sustainable development of the organization based on the principles of self-management. Self-management is examined not only from the standpoint of personal technologies, but also self-management of working teams on the basis of mobilization and preservation of domestic sources of self-organization and self-improvement, and active staff participation in the organization of self-government. Justifies the opportunity to ensure the sustainable development of the organization methods of self-management.
