В статье рассматриваются личные неимущественные права субъектов авторского права в области архитектуры. Определяется круг правомочий, принадлежащих к личным неимущественным правам субъектов авторского права в области архитектуры, а также их особенности. Предоставляются определенные предложения по совершенствованию законодательства в сфере правового регулирования архитектурной деятельности.

The article deals with the issue of the personal non-property rights of the subjects of copyright law, including the subjects of copyright law to the objects of architecture. The actuality of the topic is justified, the terms of scientists to determine the definition of the personal non-property rights of the subjects of copyright law, including to the objects of architecture are defined by and analyzed. The analysis of recent research and publications on the subject is determined.The analysis of the law rules of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine «About copyright law and related rights», the Law of Ukraine «About architectural activity» is carried out.
