В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы реализации и защиты прав и свобод человека и гражданина в Украине. Осуществлен комплексный анализ факторов, оказывающих влияние на процесс реализации прав человека в Украине. В данной статье анализируются основные проблемы развития механизма обеспечения прав и свобод человека и причины его неэффективности. Автор отмечает, что на данном этапе развития Украинского государства и общества проблема обеспечения прав и свобод личности приобретает особое значение, ведь в современном мире степень обеспеченности прав и свобод личности является ценностным ориентиром, который свидетельствует о достигнутом уровне демократии государства, степени развитости общества.
Сделан вывод о необходимости осуществить комплексный пересмотр законодательства, избегая коллизий и пробелов, укрепить авторитет государства в обществе и усовершенствовать механизм защиты и обеспечения прав и свобод человека.

The article is headlined actual problems for support and protection of human rights in Ukraine. The article is devoted to the main problems of the implementation and protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine. The author carries out a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the process of realization of human rights in Ukraine. According to the article at the current stage of development of the Ukrainian state and society, the problem of ensuring the rights and freedoms of the individual becomes of particular importance, because in the modern world the degree of human rights and freedoms is a valuable benchmark, which testifies to the level of democracy achieved by the state, the degree of development of society. The conclusion is drawn that the problem remains the formal nature of most human rights and freedoms, the lack of an effective mechanism for their implementation. It is necessary to carry out a comprehensive review of legislation, avoiding collisions and gaps, to strengthen the authority of the state in society and to improve the mechanism of protection and guarantee of human rights and freedoms.
