Статья посвящена определению статуса индивида как субъекта международного права. Выделены проблемные вопросы, которые возникают с признанием международной правосубъектности физического лица. Рассмотрены теоретические концепции и практика которые имеют отношение к исследуемому вопросу. Проанализированы основные формы и виды участия индивидов в международно-правовых отношениях.

The article is dedicated to determining the status of an individual as a subject of international law. Problematic issues, which arise with the recognition of the international legal personality of an individual were highlighted in the article. Here were considered theoretical concepts and practices that relate to the issue under investigation. In the article also were analyzed the basic forms and types of participation of individuals in international legal relations.
