Овладение техникой бизнес-планирования на сегодняшний день является актуальной задачей предпринимателей. Начиная свою деятельность, они должны ясно представлять потребность в финансовых, материальных, трудовых и интеллектуальных ресурсах, источники их получения, а также уметь четко рассчитать эффективность использования ресурсов в процессе развития предприятия. Хорошо продуманное бизнес-планирования развития - залог успеха любого предприятия. Бизнес-планирование поможет привлечь потенциальных инвесторов, а также послужить ценным инструментом предпринимателя для внутреннего контроля за развитием бизнеса. В статье подробно описываются аспекты бизнес-планирования развития предприятия. Подано подробную характеристику бизнес-плана, его структуры, логики разработки и оформления содержания отдельных разделов. Подано трактовки бизнес-плана выдающимися исследователями.
В статье исследуются проблемы, возникающие при разработке бизнес-плана, который включает в себя задачи, цели и анализ рынка. Наряду с этим, в нем расценивается важность ресурсов, которые нужны для достижения поставленных целей. Существенная необходимость в бизнес-плане появляется, в основном, в то время, когда появляется острая потребность в посторонней финансовой поддержки. Кроме этого, в статье рассматриваются основные цели и задачи составления бизнес-плана развития предприятия. Здесь ключевую роль играет информация, предоставляемая или инвестору, или другому лицу, заинтересованному в реализации проекта. Бизнес-планирование помогает предпринимателю найти ответы на самые разные вопросы, касающиеся продукции, ресурсов, рыночного спроса, издержек и многое другое. В статье приводится анализ трудностей, возникающих при бизнес-планирования развития. Так же бизнес-планирования рассматривается с точки зрения привлечения инвестиций. Приводятся примеры того, как следует и как не следует поступать при поиске инвестиций. Целью данной статьи является раскрытие содержания и сути бизнес-плана, как одного из методов стратегического планирования развития предприятия.

The mastery of the business planning technique for today is a topical task of entrepreneurs. Beginning their activities, they must clearly present the need for financial, material, labor and intellectual resources, sources of their obtaining, as well as be able to accurately calculate the efficiency of the use of resources in the development process of the enterprise. Well thought-out business development planning is the key to the success of any business. Business planning will help attract potential investors, as well as serve as a valuable tool for an entrepreneur for internal control of business development. The article describes in detail the aspects of business planning of enterprise development. A detailed description of the business plan, its structure, logic of development and registration of the contents of separate sections is given. The business plan is presented by outstanding researchers.
The article examines the problems that arise when developing a business plan that includes tasks, goals, and market analysis. Along with this, it considers the importance of the resources that are needed to achieve the goals. The essential need for a business plan appears, basically, at a time when there is an acute need for outsider financial support. In addition, the article examines the main goals and objectives of compiling a business plan for enterprise development. Here the information provided to either the investor or another person interested in the project is playing a key role. Business planning helps the entrepreneur find answers to the most varied questions about products, resources, market demand, costs, and more. The article gives an analysis of the difficulties encountered in business development planning. Also, business planning is considered in terms of attracting investment. Examples of how and when should I go when looking for an investment are given. The purpose of this article is to reveal the content and essence of the business plan, as one of the methods of strategic planning of enterprise development.
