Статья посвящена вопросу необходимости введения института народной законодательной инициативы в Украине. Проанализирован опыт зарубежных стран в этой сфере. Авторы высказали свое мнение о причинах необходимости появления народной законодательной инициативы в нашем государстве и к каким последствиям это может привести. Рассмотрены перспективы развития партийной системы Украины в результате введения указанного института. Авторы акцентируют свое внимание на взаимосвязи введение народной законодательной инициативы и развития партийной системы.

The article is devoted to the question of necessity to introduce the institute of peoples legislative initiative in Ukraine. The experience of foreign countries has been analyzed in this sphere. Authors have advanced the opinion about the reasons of necessity to introduce peoples legislative initiative in our state and about consequences that it can cause. They considered perspectives of the development of Ukrainian party system, caused by introducing of that institute. Authors have accented attention to the causation of introducing of peoples legislative initiative with the development of party system in Ukraine.
