Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей правового статуса третьих лиц в гражданском процессе Украины, в сравнении с предыдущей редакцией ГПК. Проанализированы особенности правового статуса третьих лиц, которые заявляют самостоятельные требования относительно предмета спора, и третьих лиц, которые не заявляют самостоятельные требования относительно предмета спора.
