Bu çalışma Umut Burak GEYİKÇİ’nin 2009 yılında Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu Uzmanlık Tezine ait verilerin güncellenmesi ile oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmada öncelikle Manisa’nın iklimsel karakteristikleri ve üzüm üretimi için neden uygun bir bölgede bulunduğu incelenmiş, ardından Manisa’nın üzüm üretiminde, Türkiye ve Dünyadaki yeri, Manisa’da üzüm üretimi ile uğraşan üreticilerin kullandıkları hormon, ilaç, gübre miktarları, sulama yöntemleri, bağların terbiye sistemleri, toprak analizi yaptırma durumları incelenmiş, yapılan incelemeler neticesinde Manisa İli Üzüm üretiminin mevcut durumu tespit edilerek Manisa’da bağcılığın güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ile fırsatlar ve tehditler tespit edilmeye çalışılıp elde edilen sonuçların ilgililere yol gösterici olması amaçlanmıştır.

This study was formed by upgrading the data belongings to Umut Burak GEYİKÇİ’s TurkStat Expertness Thesis in 2009. In the study, first of all, the weather characteristic of Manisa and why the region is suitable for grape production was examined and then the position of Manisa in the grape production of Turkey and the World, and the hormone, the pesticide, the amounth of fertilizer, irrigation methods, systems of (terbiye) of the grapevine (harvested area) the condition of soil analysis which were used by grape producersin Manisa was detected and at the end of this survey it was aimed to be forleading fort he people related to the subject by determining the current state of Manisa grape production, the situation of the strength and weakness, opportunities and threats of Manisa grape production.
