Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı yayınevlerine ait 6 ve 7. sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarında yer alan metinleri kalıplaşmış
söz varlığı açısından incelemektir. Bu amaç çerçevesinde, 2018-2019 Eğitim ve Öğretim Yılı’ndan itibaren, 6 ve 7.
sınıflarda okutulan, Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki 96 okuma metninde bulunan kalıplaşmış söz varlığı tespit edilmiş
ve kitaplar bu yönüyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Kalıplaşmış söz varlığı unsurları olarak deyimler, atasözleri, ikilemeler
ve kalıplaşmış sözler ele alınmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden ‘temel nitel araştırma’ desenine göre
yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma materyalini, 6 ve 7. sınıflarda okutulan, farklı yayınevlerine ait dört Türkçe
ders kitabı oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada veriler doküman incelemesine göre toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler
betimsel analizle çözümlenmiş, tablolarla gösterilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda iki sınıf düzeyinde
de özel yayınevlerine ait kitaplarda en fazla söz varlığının hikâye edici metinlerde, MEB Yayınları’na ait
kitaplarda ise en fazla söz varlığının bilgilendirici metinlerde olduğu; 6. sınıf düzeyinde EKOYAY Yayıncılık’a ait
kitabın, 7. sınıf düzeyinde ise MEB Yayınları’na ait kitabın söz varlığı konusunda daha zengin olduğu; dört ders
kitabındaki metinlerde en çok deyimlerin, en az ise atasözlerinin olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonunda çeşitli
önerilere yer verilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to analysis the texts in sixth- and seventh-grades Turkish textbooks of different publishers in terms of
stereotyped vocabulary. For this purpose, the stereotypical vocabulary in the 96 reading texts of the Turkish textbooks that
are taught in the sixth- and seventh-grades since the 2018-2019 Academic Year has been determined and textbooks was
compared in this respect. Idioms, proverbs, reduplications and stereotyped vocabulary were addressed as elements of
stereotyped vocabulary. The study was conducted according to the ‘basic qualitative research’ pattern which is a qualitative
research method. The study material consists of four Turkish textbooks from different publishers, which are taught in the
sixth- and seventh-grades. In the study, data were collected using document review. The obtained data were analyzed using
descriptive analysis, displayed in tables and interpreted. At the end of the study, it was observed that in both grade level in
the books belonging to private publishers, the most vocabulary is found in narrative texts, in the books belonging to MEB
Publications, the most vocabulary is found in informative texts; at the sixth-grade, the book belonging to EKOYAY Publishing,
at the seventh-grade level, the book of MEB Publications is richer in vocabulary; texts at four textbooks have the most
idioms and least proverbs. Various suggestions were made at the end of the study.
