In this paper we considered the application of the criterion in the life cycle potential of the company, its method of evaluation, the results of the analysis of the level of capacity wineries Ukraine.
Objective: to examine the scope of the test phase of the life cycle of the enterprise potential and justify the use of its assessment, an analysis of the level of capacity wineries Ukraine.
We used mathematical, logical, empirical research methods.
The result of this work is to systematize the results of theoretical and empirical research capacity to assess the level of capacity development for management decisions.
Applying the criterion of identification stage of the life cycle of the enterprise potential in terms of its development makes it possible to make management decisions about the future direction of the company.

В работе рассмотрено применение критерия стадии жизненного цикла предприятия, метод его оценки, представлены результаты анализа уровня потенциала винодельческих предприятий Украины.
Цель работы: рассмотреть сферу применения критерия стадии жизненного цикла потенциала предприятия и обосновать применение метода его оценки, провести анализ уровня потенциала винодельческих предприятий Украины.
В работе использовались математические, логические, эмпирические методы исследования.
Результатом данной работы является систематизация итогов теоретических и эмпирических исследований возможностей оценки уровня потенциала развития для принятия управленческих решений.
Применение критерия идентификации стадии жизненного цикла потенциала предприятия по уровню его развития даёт возможность принятия управленческих решений о дальнейших направлениях развития предприятия.
