Article is devoted to definition of prospects and problems in implementation of modernization of the country, to the analysis of indicators of development of scientific and technical achievements of territories for the long period. Globalization of modern economic processes and need for providing a standard of living of the developed countries impose new requirements to functioning of domestic economy on the basis of dynamic development of large-scale innovations. Updating stages in the country are inconceivable without implementation of competent innovative and reproduction policy at the level of all subjects of the Russian Federation. In turn, the modernization course of regional social and economic systems has to be formed not only due to high achievements in scientific and educational sector and uses of advanced technologies in the industry, but also thanks to transformation of public ideology.

Статья посвящена определению перспектив и проблем в осуществлении модернизации страны, анализу индикаторов освоения научно-технических достижений территорий за продолжительный период. Глобализация современных хозяйственных процессов и потребность в обеспечении уровня жизни развитых стран предъявляют новые требования к функционированию отечественной экономики на базе динамичного освоения масштабных инноваций. Этапы обновления в стране немыслимы без осуществления грамотной инновационно-воспроизводственной политики на уровне всех субъектов Российской Федерации. В свою очередь, модернизационный курс региональных социально-экономических систем должен формироваться не только за счет высоких достижений в научно-образовательном секторе и использования передовых технологий в промышленности, но и благодаря трансформации общественной идеологии
