This article illustrates the methodical of the assessment of the organization recourse potential on the base of its elements. It describes the concept of the local potential of the organization that allows presenting the organization as the multilevel system. The author undertakes the attempt of development of algorithm of expert assessment that substantially improves quality and efficiency of the administrative decisions. The methodical helps to find out the level of its development that helps to make a decision about adjustment of strategy of organization.

В данной статье представлен методический подход к оценке ресурсного потенциала предприятия через его составляющие. Вводится понятие локального потенциала организации, позволяющего рассматривать ресурсный потенциал как многоуровневую систему. Автором предпринята попытка разработки алгоритма экспертной оценки, которая существенно повышает качество и эффективность принимаемых управленческих решений на основе разносторонности анализа. Представленный методический подход по оценке потенциала позволяет выявить уровень его развития, на базе которого возможно принятие решении о корректировке стратегии организации.
