In this study, ıt is aimed to evaluated “High School Philosophie Education Programme” in regards to teacher and students opinion. In this context aims, teaching contents and teaching and learning strategies and methods of Philosophie Teaching process were examined carefully.
It was also tried to determine the inadequacy of basics behaviour that to come into existence pupils philosophic thinking. At the this study survive methods was used. both teachers’ and students’have same opinion about insufficiency of present High School Philosophie Education Programme. At the end of this study some suggestions had proposed related with this problem

Bu çalışmada orta öğretim kurumlarında yer alan“Felsefe Öğretim Programı” nın öğrenme-öğretme sürecindeki işleyişi değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda felsefe öğretim hedefleri, öğretim muhtevası, öğrenme ve öğretme sürecinde izlenen stratejiler ve öğretim yöntemlerinin verimlilik düzeyi öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir.
Öğrencilerin felsefi düşünmelerine temel teşkil edecek davranışları edinmedeki yetersizlikler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tarama yöntemine dayalı yürütülen bu çalışmada, felsefe öğretim programının işleyişindeki yetersizliklerle ilgili hem öğretmenlerin hem de öğrencilerin hemfikir oldukları hususlar belirlenerek, yetersizliklerin giderilmesine yönelik önerilere yer verilmiştir
