In this article the attitude to religion of one of the leaders of the Turkic-Tatar emigration of the ХХ century, national political leaders and representatives of the Tatar intelligentsia Gayaz Ishaki is considering. The scientific methods of research, such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization, and special - a comparative-historical, historical, dialectical methods are basic. As a result of study and analysis of the literature and a number of sources the author comes to the conclusion that faith and religion was important in the socio-political views of G. Ishaki.

В статья рассматривается отношение к религии одного из лидеров тюрко-татарской эмиграции ХХ века, национального политического деятеля и представителю татарской интеллигенции Гаяза Исхаки на примере ислама. В статье использованы общенаучные методы исследования, такие как анализ и синтез, индукция и дедукция, обобщение, и специальные – сравнительно-исторический, исторический, диалектический методы. В результате изучения и анализа ряда литературы и источников автор приходит к выводу о том, что вера и религия имела важное значение в общественно-политичеких воззрениях Г. Исхаки.
