Abstract
The aim of this study is to bring up how the teachers are able to use information technologies. The
horizon of this study is composed by 389 classroom teachers from 29 elementary schools in Uşak city center and
in central/main villages, in which information technologies classroom of have been established. For analyzing
the data independent samples t-test, correlation and ANOVA were used. According to results of this study
explained that the first reason for their not, teachers from using information technologies is that they haven’t got
enough knowledge and capability for using information technologies. In addition, the teachers who have got
computer and internet connection benefit from them for searching on internet and using educational technology
more than others.
