Makale Özeti: The present study aimed to investigate the impact of organizational spirituality on productivity of teachers of high schools of Nikshahr town in academic year 2014-2015. The present study is applied and is descriptive-correlation based on nature of study and study purpose. The study population is including all teachers of high schools of Nikshahr as 164 people. 113 people are selected by random sampling as a ratio of study population. Milliman survey of Workplace spirituality is used to evaluate work place spirituality and its reliability is 0.90 and Hersey and Goldsmith standard questionnaire is used to evaluate human resources and its reliability is 0.86. The data are analyzed at inferential statistics (correlation coefficient and multi-variate regression tests). The findings of study show that there is a positive and significant association between organizational spirituality and productivity of teachers. There is a positive and significant association between organizational spirituality and productivity of human resources components (except adjustment). Among the human resources productivity components, feedback and perception components with organizational spirituality have multiple correlation. Thus, increasing feedback and perception can predict the increase of organizational spirituality among the teachers.
