|
In the early years of the Turkish Republic development policy had been based on
the Turkish private sector. As a matter of fact, this policy has been implemented between
1923 and 1932. In the framework of this policy, some incentive economic measures have
been realised to improve the private sector (entrepreneur class) by the government. These
incentive measures have taken effect positively; therefore the number of the private
enterprise has increased on a large scale. However, this implementation hasn't met the
needful necessity of the government, and then it has been abandoned.
