Bu çalışma, ilköğretim 7. ve 8. sınıf öğrencilerinin Türkçe dersinde verilen ev ödevleri hakkındaki görüşlerini
tespit etmeyi amaçlamıştır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Erzurum il
merkezine bağlı Yakutiye ilçesindeki tüm ilköğretim 7. ve 8. sınıf düzeyinde öğrenim gören öğrenciler;
örneklemini ise aynı düzeyden ve farklı okullardan basit olasılıklı (rastgele) örnekleme tekniğiyle seçilen 163
öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri “Türkçe Dersi Ödevleriyle İlgili Öğrenci Görüşleri Anketi” ile
toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler Ki kare ve t-testi teknikleriyle analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre
öğrencilerin ev ödevleriyle ilgili görüşleri arasında cinsiyet ve akademik başarı düzeylerine göre aralarında
anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur.

This study aims at identifying views about homework given at Turkish lesson by students attending 7th and 8th
grade of primary school. The screening model has been used in the research. While the universe of the study
consists of students who attend 7th and 8th grade of all primary school in Yakutiye of Erzurum; the pattern of
study consists of 163 students from the same level and different schools who are chosen by a simple random
pattern technique. The datum of study has come together with “The Survey of Students’ Views About Turkish
Lesson Homeworks”. Gathered datum has been analyzed by t test and chi square. According to the findings, it
has been found out that there are meaningful differences among student’s views about homework according to
their grade and academic success levels.
