In this paper, we present an experience related to the difficulties that a novice professor had during the his first months of teaching. We focus on learning difficulties and difficulties in the interpersonal relationships. The first is focused on the management of numerous stimuli in the classroom, the answers to unexpected questions, and the choice of teaching methods and the evaluation system. Apart from these difficulties, we also had problems with the kind of bond we had to develop with our students; with these ideas we refer to the difficulties of interpersonal relationships. All these issues were collected in a professor dairy of class during the period that lasted our teaching.
