Makale Özeti: The research area occupies Karasi district, included in south Marmara subregion in Marmara region (Darkot-Tuncel, 1981) (Figure: 1). The aim of study is to reveal geornorphological characteristics of an area with folded structure at the north-east Bigadiç and explain the evolution of river system and topography. The Ayıtlı Creek Valley, including Özgören and Çamköy dammed Lakes, is Located on the North-east Bigadiç Depression. That river is named the Emirler Creek on partially enlarging alluvium floor at the west of Emirler village. Gotten from the south, Kocadere is the most important tributary of the Ayıtlı Creek. At the east of Bigadiç Depression, That river, That is Kocadere, has cleared away a narrow and deep valley. Following a likely fault, the Ayith Creek Valley is found on that area with very interesting u-shaped forms, reminiscent of hanging valley By vertically cutting folded structure forms at the south-west of iskele Markettown, the Ayith Creek, Following a deep and narrow valley cleared away by itself, streches toward the northwest and reaches to the Simav stream at the cast of Değirmenli Plain, in the north.
