Performans analizi yöntemlerinden biri olan Veri Zarflama Analizi (VZA), homojen sistemlerin kendileri arasında değerlendirilmesine olanak sağlayan bir tekniktir. Benzer girdiler sonucu benzer çıktıların elde edildiği bu teknikle, matematiksel programlama tabanlı göreceli etkinlik analizi elde edilmektedir.
Bu çalışmada, Suşehri Küçük Sanayii Sitesinde faaliyette bulunan bazı oto-tamircisi firmaların etkinliklerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Verimlilik analizi yapılan firmalar, küçük ölçekli ve birbirlerine benzer yapıda oldukları için çalışmada CCR ve BCC modelli veri zarflama analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Analiz için 4 girdi ve 2 çıktı kullanılmış ve sonuçta her firmanın göreceli etkinliğinin diğer firmalara nazaran ne düzeyde olduğu ve etkinlik seviyelerinin kabul edilebilir düzeye ulaşabilmesi için artırılması veya azaltılması gereken faaliyetler belirlenmiştir.
Bu çalışma sonucunda, araştırmaya konu olan 16 firmadan KVB 1, KVB 5, KVB 9, KVB 10, KVB 12 ve KVB 15 işletmelerin hem toplam etkinlik hem de teknik etkinlik seviyelerini yakalayamadıkları görülmüştür.

DEA, which is a member of the family of the performance analysis, is a technique that allows the evaluation of homogeneous systems themselves. The relative effectiveness of achieved similar outcomes in which analyzes with similar entries, can be performed with this technique.
In this paper, it is aimed to analyze to efficiency of some firms which operate in Suşehri Small Industrial Site. So that the firms which effectivenes analysis is performed, are small-scale and similar to each other, it was used to CCR and BCC methods which are basic data envelopment analysis methods, in the paper. 4 entries and 2 outcomes are used in the paper and at the end of this work, it is determined to activity that must be increased or be reduced, for increase to level of relative efficiency for all firms used in our study.
As a result of study, it is observed that the firms that KVB 1, KVB 5, KVB 9, KVB 10 , KVB 12 and KVB 15 do not catch the effiency levels of both technical and total events, but the other firms catch this levels. At the end of the analysis, we arrive at a resut that the firms are effective in which working at Suşehri Small Industrial Site.
